Shipping 

Note: We are shipping only to USA addresses at this time.

Always include a physical shipping address (not just a PO Box) when ordering.

International orders may contact us for additional shipping charges.

Shipping is automatically calculated when an order is placed according to the weight of the order total unless otherwise noted on the product's page.

Shipping charges are always shown in the cart before proceeding to Paypal for payment. To find your shipping charges, add your items to the shopping cart on and your shipping costs will be on that page. There is no need to continue to the Pay Pal checkout to see them.
 

Please Note: Some products offered through our partners have independent  shipping and return policies. These policies will be posted on their product ordering pages and overrides the Shadow Ridge general return and exchange. Please be sure to read it before ordering and contact us if you have questions.

Orders generally ship next business day of payment. We are sorry but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Orders returned to us due to incomplete or non deliverable shipping addresses will be charged for the reshipping of that package. We ship using either UPS or USPS.  If there is no receptacle for either one or the other let us know before shipping. 

• Please keep in mind that some products we offer are made to order by people who also enjoy or show their animals on weekends and have regular jobs during the week.
• Please include a phone number so we may reach you in case of a question about your order or shipping address.

Return policy

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason your may return for a full refund minus shipping and handling or exchange using the criteria below:  

All returns and exchanges must;

· Be accompanied by the original invoice or a legible copy.

· Include reason for return or exchange.

· Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

· Return the item(s), in the original packaging, via UPS Ground or USPS.  Return the item(s) in a new and unused condition. We will not refund on items returned in a, soiled, used, abused or damaged condition.

 To inquire about your order or for help with a return, please call or email us.  

Exchanges:  

If there is a price difference in the item(s) being exchanged any additional amount due must be paid and any refund amount will be returned in the original form of payment.

If you are shipped the wrong item(s);

· Return in accordance with criteria above.

· We will ship the correct item if it is in stock and refund the cost of return shipping. We do not refund anything other than normal shipping such as USPS Priority or UPS Ground. If the item is not in stock we will issue a full refund.

· All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.... Unless you were shipped the wrong item(s).

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order timing is very important.

· Contact us as quickly as possible via email or phone. You must include the invoice #. Contact information is provided on the order form.

· If your order has been received but not processed and not packed for shipping, then we can easily cancel your order.

· If your order has been received and processed and packed for shipping then there will be a 5% cancellation fee.

· If your order has been received, processed and shipped then you can reject the package upon delivery. Upon the return of the order we will issue a refund minus the initial shipping charge and the 5% cancellation fee.
